As a rule of thumb...
Always pay close attention to how people treat others, ESPECIALLY when they're not around. It reflects a lot on their character, or lack thereof. after all, do you really want to keep the energy of someone around you, who is so willing to verbally castrate someone who can't even defend him/herself?
